They just played useless games with me and I never got my refund I wrote to Relince customer care to get me the refund, they simply advised me to contact BigFlicks and got rid of the issue. It is the IP address issue of some kind and it is timing off without being connected. Whereasm when I use my broadband card from Sprint, this get connected. Verizon said it will be resolved by this evening and I am not sure. But interesting to accidently read your comments. Whenever the last time the reliance site worked on your computer, server stores your IP Address in their system. Next time when you login it will always hit the same reliance server. This is called as STICKY SESSION. Whoever maintaining this server should clear this session atleast one a week. Otherwise if one of the server is down (or) dead slow. Assuming your home IP Address is hitting the same server which is down/dead slow. You will never get a page from this site. Eventhough you have a dynamic IP Address, still most of the time your IP won't change. Solution 1:RelianceIndiaCall.com need to make sure all servers or working fine. So guys, who are still struggling to resolve connection problem with relianceindiacall web site, set up kproxy.com in the connections tab of your IE and it will most likely work.
